Below is a sampling of the 10” x 20” grow trays of various microgreens. The microgreens are delivered in the same trays they are grown in. This is the ultimate transparency in product quality. Any produce with low germination issues becomes apparent and pulled from delivery. Only pristine trays make it to restaurants. Grown in an soil-less media that is inert, it ensures no soil contaminants enter your restaurants. As shown in a couple of photos below, a tray may comprise of two different microgreens when ordered - a half-n-half.
