If anything you purchase from us proves unsatisfactory, we will either replace the item or refund the purchase price.

No other express guarantee or warranty is made in respect thereof.
EXCLUSIVE LIMITATION OF REMEDY FOR our CUSTOMERS
The liability of ATLmicrogreens’ for breach of guarantee (warranty), or for any loss or damage arising out of the purchase or use of its produce, including loss or damage resulting from negligence or strict liability in tort, shall be limited to replacement of the dissatisfactory item or refund of the purchase price.
Nor shall ATLmicrogreens’ be liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damage, including any loss or damage resulting from negligence or strict liability in tort.
NOTE
Claims for defects in ATLmicrogreens' products must be presented to ATLmicrogreens as soon as practicable and, in any event, within 30 days of discovery.
